In its book On Heroes, Hero-Worship and the Heroic in History (' ' On heroes, cult to the heroes, and the heroic one in the Histria' '), Carlyle argued that these men had shaped and transformed the world from its personalities, creating ideal for which the mass human being passed then to fight for reaching.
